Kids Yoga (for ages 6 to 8 and 9-14)  is designed to help children build strength, balance, and confidence while having fun! These sessions are gentle, creative, and tailored for different age groups — making yoga an enjoyable learning experience.

For ages 6-8 : Saturday : 16:00 – 17:00, Sunday: 10:30 – 11:30
